Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces
Step 2
In a saucepan, boil the chicken with pepper, salt, and 2 tbsp of four spices for 5 to 10 minutes

Crush garlic, ginger, green saffron.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces.
Step 5
Remove the chicken and place it in a casserole with

Add the crushed spices (garlic, ginger, saffron), cinnamon leaves and 2 tbsp of curry powder.
Step 7
Turn for 5 minutes over low heat, and cover everything until it dries.
Step 8
Add the cup of coconut milk and cut potatoes, and simmer.
Step 9
Rotate, from time to time, for 5 to 20 minutes
Step 10
Taste for the seasoning and enjoy!
