Instructions

Step 1
Boil the rice in salted water and drain.
Step 2
In a frying pan, fry the diced chicken breast, in the meantime, season it with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add small broccoli florets and peeled and chopped carrots. Fry, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are tender, for about 5 minutes. If necessary, water a spoonful of water if the vegetables stick to the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Add grated ginger and garlic and sauté. Combine peanut butter with soy sauce and water. Add to the pan together with the rice and fry everything for a while.
Step 5
Finally, sprinkle with sesame oil and sprinkle with black sesame seeds (or black cumin).
