Instructions
Step 1
1. Melt butter in a large frying pan or wok and fry garlic and carrots for 3 minutes.
Step 2
To microwave: Cook butter, garlic and carrots, covered, for 4 minutes, stirring once.

2. Add remaining vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

To microwave: Stir in remaining vegetables, cover and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Stir in nuts and transfer to a warm serving dish.

4. Add herbs and cream to pan and heat until hot.
Step 7
To microwave: Place herbs and cream in a jug and cook for 1 minute.
Step 8
5. Remove from heat and stir in fromage frais.
Step 9
6. Serve sauce with vegetables.
