or unsweetened almond milk or coconut water

2 handfulsleafy greens
spinach, kale, etc, as much as can be stuffed in

1 stalkcelery

0.5english cucumber

0.5 bunchcilantro
or parsley

¼ cupwhole raw almonds

1 Tbspchia seeds

1 Tbspflax seeds

1 x 1 inchfresh ginger
chunk, unpeeled

2 shakescinnamon

2 shakesturmeric

2 scoopsprotein powder

0.5avocado
optional

1 cupberries
or fruit of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Large 2L (72 oz) blender, such Ninja or Vitamix, cutting board, sharp knife
Step 2
Wash and cut veggies to fit in blender
Step 3
Blend
Step 4
Pour into two quart size jars, one for today, one for tomorrow.
