Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add roughly 1 tbsp of pepper, a big pinch of salt and the sugar.
Step 2
Give it a mix and se aside.
Step 3
slice your tofu into 1 inch cubes. Add the cor flour to a bowl and dip the tofu in one by one. Pour roughly 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
Step 4
when the oil is hot, add the tofu and fry until crispy on all sides.
Step 5
Finely chop your spring onions, garlic and chillies. In a new pan, add a glug of oil and fry the spring onion, garlic and chilli.
Step 6
Add the tofu and stir and to combine with the spring onion mixture. sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar over the tofu and stir through until fully coated.
