Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, siracha, black pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves and sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes.
Step 2
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place chicken inside. Poor sauce over chicken and mix so it's coated. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
When finished, remove chicken. In a small bowl mix together corn starch and water; and pour into slow cooker with leftover sauce. Mix well and then place chicken back in slow cooker and let cook for 10 more minutes on high, or until sauce thickens.
Step 4
Add cilantro leaves and sesame seeds just before serving.
