Instructions

Step 1
Mix together: 2 2/3 cups sugar 4 eggs 3/4 cups vegetable oil 2 cups pumpkin 1/2 cup water
Step 2
Mix together: 3.5 cups flour 2tsp baking soda 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon
Step 3
Add dry to wet.
Step 4
Bake muffins or bread at 375. Bread takes over an hour. Idk how long muffins take. Probably 20 minutes. Lol
Step 5
You can add chocolate chips or raisins. If you add raisins, soak them in warm water for an hour or so first. 😁
