Lemon feta sauce

This sauce is so good on top of so many dishes! It’s a really quick sauce to add to your recipe bank for a day when maybe your chicken was a little bit too dry or just to add a little bit something to the meal. Great for dipping too! You can substitute the sour cream for plain Greek yogurt.

Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. For a more drizzly consistency add a little bit of water, taste and add more seasoning if needed. Feel free to add extra garlic.
