Avocado On Toast - Pesto

Step 1

. Pop the bread in the toaster.

Step 2

Meanwhile, remove the skin and de-stone the avocado then thinly cut it.

. Once the toast is done, spread on 1 tablespoon of green pesto per slice of toast.

. Then lay the slices of avocado equally onto the 4 pieces of toast with pesto.

. Finally, grate on some shavings of parmesan (I recommend around 3 shavings).
