Roasted potatoes
Who else loves potatoes like me!! I can literally eat potatoes for every meal….
——ingredients——
-5 potatoes
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon curry powder
-1/2 teaspoon turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
-3 cloves of garlic
-juice of half a lemon
-parsley for garnish
:
—wash the potatoes then put them in the microwave for 9 minutes
—mix together the rest of the ingredients
—cut the potatoes into about 1 inch cubes
—mix the potatoes in with the spice mixture
—put the potatoes in a tray and into the oven they go at 400° for about 35 minutes or until golden
— Sprinkle some parsley on top and enjoy
