Regular burger. 2 servings so 2 patties for 2 people or however many each person wants. As for seasoning the patty, it's just more of an eye measure. I just seasoning across the patty with all seasonings both sides

Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan medium {5~6}. Season burger both sides. {Cajun, seasoning salt, sometimes lemon pepper}
Step 2
Cook each patty 4 min. Flip. 4 min. Flip. 4 min. Check to see if it's pink or not pink {If it's your liking boom done, if not do another 4 min}
Step 3
Once the meat is cooked to your liking, put cheese on meat and I turn heat to low but you can also just remove from heat and place if you want. Boom eat.
