1 Tbspumpkin seeds

1 Tbssunflower seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Slice half of a banana and add to a bowl that is microwave-safe
Step 2
Add cauliflower, chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and almond butter
Step 3
Cover bowl and microwave for 1 minute
Step 4
Add espresso, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and dried mulberries and any other optional add-ins
Step 5
Mix well and enjoy!
