Fajita chicken
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 sliced onions
2 sliced bell peppers
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups shredded Mexican style cheese
Sear chicken and remove from the pan. Cook peppers and onions until wilted (7-8 minutes)add chicken back to the pan top with cheese reduce heat down to a simmer and cover for five minutes top with cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice and enjoy.
