Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan, medium heat
Step 2
Add onions, sauté until lightly golden (2-3 mins)
Step 3
Add garlic. Sauté 1 min.
Step 4
Add mince and fry until fully browned.
Step 5
Add cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne & tomato paste. Stir for 2 mins.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, stock & beans. Season w/ salt and pepper. Stir in parsley and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Step 7
Cook, stirring occasionally, until chilli thickens slightly, about 1.5 hours
