Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220c/200c fan
Step 2
Heat the oil on a medium heat and add the tomato puree, garlic, salt and 50 ml of water. Stir until smooth and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has become thick.
Step 3
Spread the tomato sauce on the base of the naan and top with the dollops of the pesto, mozzarella, tomato, grated parmesan and sliced basil.
Step 4
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Cut into sliced and enjoy.
