begin by taking the hot water and putting it in small bowl, in a separata small bowl place the sugar and yeast, add the lukewarm water to it. once done place the bowl with the yeast in the bowl with the hot water. let the yeast activate for 15 min

in a bowl place the flour and yeast mixture, add the water and olive oil to it and mix with a spatula. add more water if needed until a ball of dough is formed, knead the dough and the leave to rise in a bowl covered with a shirt or towel for an hour.

dice tomatoes with a knife on a cutting board. add a pot to a stove top on medium heat, in the stove place water and diced tomatoes, bring that to a boil. once done pour into blender and blend. once done add back to stove and add spices, mix well with a wooden spoon and bring back to boil, add the tomato paste and begin to mix constantly until the whole mixture thickens and then remove from heat.

in a bowl grate the mozarella and the cheddar cheese, once done mix well and set apart.

on a cutting board cut each of the vegetables and portion into four separate bowls (portion) for each pizza, do the same for the tuna and pesto.

preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. once the dough has risen portion it in into four individual balls. take each ball and knead, once done roll each dough ball out with a rolling pin into the shape of your pizza. grease each baking sheet with flour and place the dough on top. raise oven temperature to 400 degrees fahrenheit and put pizza dough in, place icecubes on top and wait five minutes or until dough is cooked, do not broil yet.

put pizza sauce back on stove top on medium heat. once pizza dough is done remove from the oven (ice should have molten and evaporated) proceed by assembling each pizza. add sauce and toppings into each dough. raise oven temperature to 500 degrees fahrenheit, place back on the oven to broil for 5 minutes or until pizza golden. let the pizza cool off.
