Our friends over at CGA Caribbean challenges us to use their Constance Estate Garlic, Lemon and Chilli Infused Coconut Oils to make a dish for you.

Here are three mouth watering wing styles which rival those in any restaurant. You can choose between Sweet Chilli, Cajun Honey Garlic and a Savory Lemon Chimichurri or show off your mad skills and recreate all three! Either way everyone wins!

Sweet Chili Sauce
3 tablespoonschili coconut oil
8 clovesgarlic
finely chopped
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
2 inchginger
knob, finely chopped
½ cupdark soy sauce
¼ cupsoy sauce
regular
¾ cuprice vinegar
¼ cupmirin
¼ cupwater
½ cupgranulated white sugar
1 tablespoontomato paste
2 tablespoonscornstarch
add until desired thickness
Lemon Chimichurri
1 cupfresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
firmly packed
4garlic cloves
finely chopped
2 tablespoonchadon beni
2 tablespoonsfresh oregano leaves
dried oregano is fine
2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
or white
½ teaspoonsalt
to taste
⅛ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoonred pepper flakes
zest of lemon
juice of lemon
⅓ cupcoconut oil

Cajun Honey Garlic Sauce
2 teaspoongarlic powder
2 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspooncayenne pepper
2 teaspoonsmoked paprika
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoonblack pepper
2 teaspoondried italian seasoning
6 tablespoonsgarlic coconut oil
0.5onion
finely chopped
8garlic cloves
finely chopped
2 inchginger
knob, finely chopped

Step 1
Season and marinate wings overnight (or at least 1 hour)
Step 2
Fry wings in batches @ 350F for 4-5 minutes per batch
Step 3
Set wings aside to drain on a wire rack while frying the other batches.
Step 4
Increase oil temperature to 375F and fry the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. (Let's normalize double frying for ultra crispiness 🤤 )
Step 5
Let cool and generously coat the wings with your desired sauce.
Lemon Chimichurri Sauce
Step 6
Finely chop parsley, fresh oregano, chadon beni and garlic and place in a small bowl.

Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to bowl
Sweet Chili Sauce
Step 8
Fry roughly chopped cloves of garlic in the Chili Infused Coconut Oil till toasted, add ginger and saute until soften (over medium heat), Immediately add the remaining listed ingredients. Bring to a simmer.
Step 9
Simmer for 1 min then add cornstarch mixture to your desired thickness.

Cajun Honey Garlic Sauce
Step 11
Fry roughly chopped cloves of garlic and onion in the Garlic Infused Coconut Oil till toasted, add ginger and saute until soften (over medium heat).

Add all your dry ingredients, honey and mix thoroughly,
