Pink Sauce Pasta Recipe
4 steps
Prep:5minCook:30min
This is a cheesy, creamy tomato sauce that comes together quickly! It’s called Pink Sauce because of the red tomato sauce and the white cream, but it’s really more of a light orange. You can make your own tomato sauce or use a jar of your favorite.

Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2-3 cups of your favorite tomato sauce over medium heat or make your own quick sauce by blending tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and olive oil and then simmering for 30-40 mins.
Step 2
Once the tomato sauce has cooked add in heavy cream and Parmesan and cook for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, start cooking your pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 3
When pasta is done cooking drain and add it directly to the sauce pan. Then add shredded mozzarella and mix everything together. The cheese won’t melt fully, but should be stringy and gooey!
Step 4
Serve with additional Parmesan sprinkled on top if you want!
