Instructions

Patty

Step 1
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Then knead well.
Step 2
Form the meat into a ball and press then flat with your hand.
Step 3
The patty should have a diameter of about 15cm, because it gets smaller during frying.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty and fry for about 2min each side. Press the patty flat as it will shrink in size. Finally place the cheese slices on top and let melt.

Wrap

Step 5
Slice the pickle and dice the onion.
Step 6
On a tortilla wrap put a plate with a diameter of about 12cm and cut out a circle.
Step 7
Spread the center of the whole tortilla wrap with the ketchup and mustard.
Step 8
Place the pickles, onion, and beef in the center of the tortilla wrap.
Step 9
Top the center with the smaller tortilla wrap.
Step 10
Now fold the large tortilla wrap around the small one.
Step 11
Then toast the wrap in a pan on both sides until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.
