Plus all the ingredients in a blender on low to medium speed. Occasionally stop blending and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides.

Do not over blend or too fast as it will melt the smoothy.

Matcha Mint Bowl. Blend in 1 tsp matches tea powder and a handful of fresh mint leaves.

Açai Avocado Bowl: Replace the frozen mango with 2 (100g) packets of açat, slightly thawed.

Papaya Lime Bowl: Replace the mango with papaya and blend in 2 tap of freshly squeezed lime juice.
