Instructions
Step 1
Add everything except baking powder, soda, potato, spinach and onion to flower and mix. Rub ajwain, coriander and cumin on palm before adding to activate flavors. Next add baking powder and soda and mix again. Add spinach, onion, chili, and potato. Mix well to incorporate with dry ingredients. Add water slowly at a time. Going for not too thick not too thin Fry at 375 until GBD.
