Spicy or Non-Spicy Bean Sprout Side Dish ( Kongnamul-muchim 콩나물무침)
This is very common Korean side dish that is so easy to make and inexpensive. This can be eaten with rice as side dish or one of main ingredient for bibimbap( Rice with assorted vegetables and your choice of protein).

Instructions
Step 1
Wash bean sprout a couple of times, pick any broken or blemished
Step 2
In a pot, add water up to 1/2 of bean sprout with some salt. Bring it to boil with a lid closed for 5 minutes
Step 3
Put the cooked bean sprout in a mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well
Step 4
If you want to make half spicy and the other half non-spicy, in the previous step, put all ingredients except for red pepper powder. And then divide it into two. Add red pepper powder in a half you divided
Step 5
Now, Enjoy!!
