Step 1
🧀 Preheat the oven at 180°C/160°C fan/Gaz 4 and grease the inside of your ramekins with soft butter.
Step 2
🧀 Grate the beetroot.
Step 3
🧀 Beat the eggs, milk and chives together with a fork in a medium bowl. Season well.
Step 4
🧀 Empty the cubed bread into a bowl and mix to combine. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
🧀 Spoon enough of the mixture into the ramekins to half fill each one. Divide the sliced camembert and grated beetroot on top and top with further spoonfuls of the bread and egg mixture. Finish with a few more chives and grinding of black pepper.
Step 6
🧀 Bake for 20 minutes and eat while it is a little puffed up.
