Instructions

Saute , garlic, jeera and chillies
Step 2
Add besan and whisk for 10-15 s on low flame
Step 3
Slowly add water. It should become a paste. Not lumpy
Step 4
Add tomato puree, chilli powder and haldi
Step 5
Cook for ~15 min
Step 6
Add salt
Step 7
Cook till oil releases
Step 8
Add prawns/ boiled egg or chicken 250 g
Step 9
Cook on low till done
Step 10
Add coriander before serving
