Instructions
Mixing the Ingredients
Step 1
Pour the bread flour into a large mixing bowl and add the salt, sugar and soft button. Stir with a large wooden spoon and then add the water. Continue mixing for about a minute until all the ingredients are bound together.
Prepare the Bread Mixer
Step 2
Transfer the mixture into the bread pan of the Bread Maker (Making sure that the Kneading blade is already in position).
Install the bread an into the Bread Maker.
Switch on the Bread Maker.
Use the V /\ buttons to select Menu 7 on the Bread Maker (5 hours Long).
Use the Size Button to select a 'Large' load.
Use the Crust Button to select the desired Crust
Press the Start Button (Bottom right hand size of the Control Panel) to start the Programme.
Testing and Cooling the Loaf
Step 3
When the Programme has finished tip the bread onto a bread board and knock on the bottom of the loaf. It should make a 'hollow' sound.
Place the bread on a wire rack and allow to cool for about an hour before eating. Enjoy!
