100-110 degrees, May need slightly less water, 5-10g if using a regular AP flour, but every AP flour is different

Instructions
Step 1
Add the 131g of flour, 34g of wheat gluten, 1.5g of salt, 3g of instant yeast, and optional Purecain in the food processor. Blend for 30 seconds
Step 2
Then add 5 grams of oil,

Heat the water up in the microwave for about 25 seconds
Step 4
As the processor is mixing the dough with the oil, slowly add the water to it
Step 5
Optional is kneed the dough to make sure all the dry ingredients are mixed well
Step 6
Put the dough in a bowl and cover, and let sit for 30 minutes in a warm place
Step 7
Separate into 6 bread sticks and roll out into sticks. Place them on a non stick pan. Cover them up and let them rise for 20 minutes
Step 8
Put in the over for 10 to 15 minutes with the cover at 400 F
Step 9
Make the glaze with the rest of the ingredients, heat up and mix until butter is melted.
Step 10
when bread is done, glaze the breadsticks with the glaze.
