Instructions

Step 1
First thing your gonna do is make your sauce.
Step 2
Put your ketchup in a small pot and then add your chilli powder, Garlic powder and onion powder, you can change the measurements slightly depending on how much of that flavour you want it to taste.
Step 3
Put your sauce to the side and put two pieces of white bread in the toaster. You don’t want it to be too toasted just a very light brown.
Step 4
While your bread is in the toaster your gonna want to cook your kimchi in a fry pan. I don’t use proper measurements as you can probably tell but use enough kimchi that it would be evenly spread across the piece of toast.
Step 5
Once your kimchi is nearly cooked add your cheese. I like to add quite a lot, but add as much as you fancy. While that is melting your toast is probably done. Spread an even and thin layer of the sauce on both pieces.
Step 6
Now that you cheese and kimchi are well cooked and melted put that in a bowl to the side and add one slice of the toast to the pan. If there’s residue cheese on the pan that’s great because it’ll give a crispy edge on the bread. Once you placed that piece of toast on the pan put your cheesy kimchi mix on top of it and then the other piece of toast on top of that. Let that cook a little and before flipping it sprinkle a little more cheese on top of that piece of bread, so each side has that crispy cheese. Let the other side cook for a bit then serve on a plate.
