Step 1
1. Bring saucepan of water to the boil and cook soba noodles for 3-5 minutes, drain and set aside
2. Combine tahini, miso paste, apple cider vinegar, ginger and boiling water in a bowl and mix until well combined, set aside
3. Cut capsicum, beans and tofu into bite sized pieces
4. In a non stick pan, fry tofu until golden on all sides, add in capsicum and beans and cook until soft.
5. Add cooked noodles and dressing to the tofu and combine well
