Whenever someone tells me they don’t like tofu I tell them to try this recipe because it’s so easy and full of flavor ! They normally tell me they have been converted after trying this :)

Step 1
Drain tofu blocks on kitchen paper then put a heavy pot on top and let sit 30 minutes . Next Pat dry and cut into cubes . Get a shallow dish and add cornstarch salt pepper garlic powder then whisk together and coat all the tofu cubes in the flour .

Step 2
Brush a little oil on a hat pan and fry the tofu all over until golden and crunchy then remove from the pan . Next get a bowl and whisk together hot sauce ( I love to use Korean hot sauce but use whatever is your favorite ) sweet Chili sauce sesame oil soy sauce and miso paste . Add intro the pan and heat until it’s sticky and bubbling then toss the tofu in to coat it all over and cook 3 minutes . Once plated garnish however you like. I add scallions and sesame seeds
