Citrus-Glazed Salmon

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper or foil.
Step 3
Place salmon, skin side down, in pan.
Step 4
Grate lime peel into small bowl.
Step 5
Squeeze enough juice to equal 2 tablespoons; add to bowl.
Step 6
Grate orange peel into bowl.
Step 7
Squeeze enough juice to equal 2 tablespoons; add to peel mixture.
Step 8
Stir in agave syrup, pepper, salt and garlic.
Step 9
Remove 1/4 cup citrus mixture; set remaining citrus mixture aside.
Step 10
Brush tops and sides of salmon with 1/4 cup citrus mixture.
Step 11
Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Step 12
With metal spatula, lift each salmon piece from skin and place on plate.
Step 13
Sprinkle with onions; top with lime and orange wedges.
Step 14
Drizzle with reserved citrus mixture.
