Chicken shawarma recipe😋 Would you Eat or Pass? 🎥creator: 👉Follow for daily food posts ❤️Like & Share with your friends Recipe: Chicken marinade: • 250g of raw chicken breast cut into strips • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp turmeric • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp salt & pepper • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 1/2 lemon juice Mix well Cook for 3-4 mins each side on medium heat For the fries: • 400g uncooked potato cut into fries • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp black pepper • salt (at the end after cooking) Bake at 220C for 20 mins For the garlic sauce: • 3 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt • 2 tbsp low fat mayo • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 lemon juice For the wrap (per wrap): • 1 wholemeal pitta wrap (112 cals per wrap - brand is Rayan or Pita Village) • 2 tbsp garlic sauce • Chicken pieces • 50g of cooked fries • Pickles This recipe makes 2 shawarma wraps (maybe 3) ENJOY and FOLLOW for more!!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, tomato paste and lemon juice with chicken
Step 2
Cook 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat

Cut potato into fries
Step 4
Mix fries with cornstarch, paprika and pepper then bake for 20 min at about 428 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 5
Salt fries after baking
Step 6
Mix yogurt, mayo, garlic powder, salt and lemon juice for garlic sauce
Step 7
Put 2 tbsp of garlic sauce on pita wrap, then chicken pieces, then 50 g fries and then pickles
