Instructions
Step 1
Cut in thin disks the zucchini with a mandolin
Step 2
Cut in thin slices the onion
Step 3
Add to a bowl with the zucchini flowers and add pepper and salt generously
Step 4
Massage it in and let it rest 2 hours
Step 5
Drain keeping the liquid and add flour and a touch of olive oil to the reserved liquid (if the liquid doesn't add up to 200 ml, add some extra water)
Step 6
Put the vegetables in the batter and mix well
Step 7
Add to a baking plate with olive oil underneath and level well
Step 8
Add olive oil and rosemary on top
Step 9
Cook in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes
