Green Beans with Honey Tahini Glaze

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Toss green beans in olive oil, salt and pepper and spread out in a 9×13 baking dish. Roast green beans for 8 minutes. (Up to 10, depending on your oven)
Step 2
Meanwhile, add frozen ginger cubes (or 2 tsp freshly grated ginger) to a small and whisk together with garlic tahini*, honey, tamari**, and orange juice. Lemon juice can be used if you don't have orange juice on have hand. *If using plain tahini, add 2 tsp minced garlic. **Add rice vinegar if using plain soy sauce
Step 3
Remove beans and toss in tahini glaze to coat. Return to oven.
