Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except for water, oil and salt to food processor and purée well, scraping down the sides as you go
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of water at a time until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 3
With the machine running, drizzle in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt
Step 4
Transfer to airtight container for storage in fridge
