Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except frozen vegetable and spinach in an Instant Pot, heat using saute and mix to integrate the bouillon cube.
Step 2
Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes then natural release or use quick release after 20 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in mixed vegetables, spinach and extra frozen peas (to taste, if using) and simmer 5 minutes to heat. Add pepper to taste.
