Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the chicken and vegetables.
Step 2
Heat sesame oil in a hot pan, and add the chicken. Stir fry until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spoon mayonnaise and chilli flakes into a medium sized bowl and stir to combine.
Step 4
Add raw salad ingredients into the bowl with the mayonnaise and chilli, toss to coat
Step 5
Top salad with chicken, toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onion, and serve with brown rice cup
