Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pan with enough boiling water to cover the noodles. Soak the rice noodles in the water. Let sit for about ten minutes before draining.

Step 2
Mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tamarind paste, and brown sugar in a bowl. Gradually add water as needed to achieve a loose consistency.





Step 3
Chop and prepare vegetables as needed. Sauté until veggies are lightly brown and cooked.








Step 4
Crush peanuts with mortar and pestle until slightly fine. Add additional uncrushed peanuts to your preference.

Step 5
Sauté cooked noodles in a large pot. Add sauce, vegetables, and peanuts. Carefully mix until all ingredients are well combined.
