Instructions
Step 1
Cut kale into small pieces, strip leaves off stems (or they will be difficult to eat later). Season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add some olive oil to a pan. Saute garlic until almost browning. Add a bit of water. Add kale and cherry tomatoes, more olive oil. Drizzle lemon then saute.
Step 3
Cover for about 3 mins on medium heat.
Step 4
Add more pepper, herbs, salt to taste as kale is taking on deep green colour. Toss for a bit, then serve.
