Instructions
Step 1
Chop all ingredients in medium/large chop, and mix them all in the pot
Step 2
Add all of the boiling water to the pot (to cover the ingredients and a bit more)
Step 3
Close the lid of the pot and heat the pot, let it boil.
Step 4
After around 15-20 minutes, the soup is ready. Take it off the heat and let it rest for few minutes.
Step 5
Bring a hand blender and blend the mix together to make it buttery smooth.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl, and as optional, add 1tbsp of lemon to the bowl
