Instructions

Step 1
Heat a little oil and add the chopped garlic.
Step 2
When garlic becomes fragrant add the cooked chicken to give some pazazz, set aside once reheated and brown.
Step 3
Remove excess garlic from pan. Add a little extra oil, then fry the egg, keeping the yolk soft, season with salt and pepper. Set aside
Step 4
Add both pieces of buttered bread to the pan and brown, then add butter to pan and flip the bread. Cook until crispy.
Step 5
Whilst the bread is crisping, dice the tomatoes. Then get ready to Assemble.
Step 6
Spread a very thin layer (like you would really hot mustard! ) of pesto onto one slice of bread. Add the chicken, then the diced tomatoe. Dollop guacamole over tomatoes. Sprinkle over paprika and some salt. Top with the fried egg and put the final piece of bread on top, crispy side up.
Step 7
Cut into triangles and you'll certainly enjoy this bad boy.
