Ingredients

6 tsperythritol
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspfish sauce
1lime juiced
2 Tbsppeanut butter
¼ tspcrushed red pepper
1 Tbspolive oil
2 lbsboneless skinless chicken breast
cooked and chopped
½ cupbell pepper
chopped
¼ cuppeanuts
2cloves garlic
minced
5 cupschinese cabbage
shredded
2eggs
large, lightly beaten
1green onion
thinly sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Add the olive oil to a large wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the bell pepper and minced garlice. Saute 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shredded cabbage and cook until tender.
Step 4
Push aside the cabbage and add the egg to cook thoroughly.
Step 5
Add teh chicken and mix all together.
Step 6
While that simmers, whisk together the erythritol, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, peanut butter and crushed red pepper. Add to the wok and mix well.
Step 7
Remove fro heat. Top with green onions and peanuts to serve.
