0.25 lbRoasted Red Tomatoes
Cheese Shop
2 x 24 ozBlush Pasta Sauce
jars, Amore
ยฝ tspred pepper flakes
or more to taste
2 x 5 ozSpinach & Arugula Blend
pkgs, Organic
1 x 4 ozgoat cheese
wegmans, fresh, crumbled, cheese shop, divided
1 cupwater
cold
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta 9 min in boiling, salted water. Gently rinse in cold water to stop cooking.
Step 2
2. Combine pasta, peppers, tomatoes, sauce, red pepper flakes, spinach & arugula, 1/2 of cheese, and water in large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
3. Spray bottom and sides of 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add pasta mixture to pan. Cover with parchment paper placed directly on sauce, then foil.
Step 4
4. Bake 50 min. Remove from oven; remove foil and paper. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven. Bake, uncovered, 20 min until bubbling at edges.
