Quick and easy breakfast pancakes, recipe makes about 11 / 12 pancakes if you use 2tbsp mix for each pancake. Mix in chocolate chips for a tasty treat! 3yr old approved!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl

Mix all the wet ingredients together in another bowl
Step 3
Add the wet to the dry, mix well. Don't worry about any small lumps!
Step 4
Add chocolate (can be ready made chips or rough chopped chocolate bar) mix well
Step 5
Lightly oil pan and get it hot
Step 6
Add 2tbsp (roughly) of batter, cook for 2 minutes on one side then flip and cook for another minute. When they are ready to flip you should see the sides of the pancake starting to bake and bubbles slowly appearing on the surface.
