Served with brown rice, kale and baby spinach. Can swap breasts for thighs which do not dry out as much as breasts. Ensure chicken pieces are not too small otherwise they will be ready before veg.

Step 1
Soak skewers in water
Step 2
Cut chicken and veg into large pieces for skewering. Toss in bowl with a small amount of oil to coat and preferred seasoning (eg: bbq, jerk, etc).
Step 3
Cook under medium grill for approx 15 mins, turning skewers periodically until chicken is cooked.
