Instructions
Step 1
Mix maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract
Step 2
Mix oats, almonds, coconut, and salt, add maple syrup. Mix well
Step 3
Lay out onto baking sheets lined with parchment and bake at 300°f for 25-30 minutes stirring half way
Step 4
Pull from oven and mix with berries, raisins, and cinnamon. Toss and let cool
Step 5
For puffed sorghum heat a pan over high heat and add to dry pan. Cover and move pan around until they have all puffed
Step 6
For wild rice heat pan and add a tablespoon or so of neutral oil, when smoking add wild rice and very quickly pull from the pan when rice has puffed
Step 7
Assemble your cereal and add milk of choice, I used almond milk
