1broccoli
large, washed and cut into smaller florets
¼ cupgolden raisin
0.5red onion
chopped
6 stripsbacon
cooked and diced
1 cupham
cooked and diced

Instructions
Step 1
Start making the Honeybaked ham broccoli bacon bliss by blanching the broccoli. Blanch broccoli for 1 minute in boiling water. Transfer it into ice water and drain well. Set it aside.
Step 2
Into a big salad bowl, mix together the bacon bits, ham, golden raisin, chopped red onion, and then the blanched broccoli. Set them aside.
Step 3
Make the salad dressing. Mix all the dressing together and stir well. Make sure there are no lumps and the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Pour the salad dressing into the broccoli mixture. Mix them well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Store in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve cold.

The salad can be modified with any other depending on your preference. Add more greens or more vegetables as you please. The salad will be better to be served cold. However, if you do not like eating cold food, you can also leave the salad at room temperature after taking it out of the fridge. Leave it for about 1 hour before transferring it to the serving plate.
