Crab & avocado tostadas

Instructions
Step 1
Put the onion in a bowl and cover with half the lime juice and a good pinch each of sugar and salt.
Step 2
Leave to soften while you get everything else ready
Step 3
Mix together the crab, spring onions and half the chilli.
Step 4
Season with black pepper and set aside.
Step 5
Mash the avocado with the remaining lime juice, garlic and some seasoning
Step 6
You can leave it quite chunky or mash it until smooth.
Step 7
Stir in the rest of the chilli
Step 8
Bend each tortilla in half and toast in a toaster for 1 minute.
Step 9
Flatten out again, put on two plates and top with the salad leaves, then the mashed avocado.
Step 10
Finish with the crabmeat and drained pickled onion.
Step 11
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over
