Step 1
Add all ingredients to breadmaker and set on "Dough" setting. 90 minutes. Remove and knead on a floured board, split between two loaf tins and leave to prove in a warm place for 1 - 1.5 hours. Place in oven, preheated to 210°C for 25 - 30 minutes, until browned and sounding hollow when tapped.
