Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the code on the baking sheet.



Step 2
Mix the miso, sesame oil, and ginger together in a small bowl. Spread some of the mixture over each piece of cod and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. You'll know when it's ready when the flesh gently flakes with a fork.
