Step 1

Slice up onions thinly and add oil into pan

Drain your chickpeas

Put tomatoes garlic and ginger and green chillis into blender and blend

Add tomato mix to the pan and stir well

Add splash of water as required if sticking or burning

Add Haldi, sabzi masala, crushed red chillis, and mix in

Add large splash of water again if required and roughly blend in onion mixture to soften

Add chickpeas and mix together

Taste masala for salt and chilli content
Step 10

Mix jeera with fenugreek and garam masala
Step 11

Added a handful of fresh chopped coriander and sauté for 2/3 more mins and add 300ml water to pan let simmer
Step 12
Serve with roti
